Colour Disclaimer

The colours of the products that you see on the computer screen will slightly vary from those of the actual product.  This is because of screen resolutions and fabric quality, differences in the underlying technologies of computer monitors.  Monitors that are not properly calibrated also add to the difference in colours.  In addition, the lighting used while taking photographs also play a role in the final colour that is shown on the screen, Also please note that irregularities in colours, prints, weaves, shapes, forms and textures are a basic distinctive of authentic hand crafted apparel  and are not product defects.

Exchange Policy

All products sold at Daksha Fashions are sourced from the finest weavers, artisans, designers, brands and go through a strict quality check process before they are shipped to the customer.  In the unlikely event that the customer wants to exchange a product purchased from Daksha fashions the terms are as follows:

v  Products that have the blouse detached BY YOU are also not eligible for exchange.

v  Readymade Garments are not eligible for exchange.

v  Saris that have the blouse detached, tassels made or fall stitched BY YOU are not eligible for exchange.

v  No Exchanges or Refunds will be offered on account of color variation.(While we take the best effort to ensure that colour of the physical product that you receive is matched with the digital image on a computer screen, there will always be some variation between digital images and physical products. Products eligible for exchange should be sent back in unworn / unused / unwashed / resaleable condition along with all the original packaging with the Labels intact.)

v  You can make only one exchange request against each product purchased i.e. a customer cannot make an exchange request against a product received in lieu of an originally purchased product.

Product Availability

Daksha Fashions may not own all of the products that are listed on the website.  In such cases, when the product is not owned by Daksha Fashions, Daksha Fashions orders the products listed on the website from the respective brands or merchants and designers after confirmation of order by customer and delivers the same to the customer.  Therefore, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the customer might have already been sold out by the brand / merchant and they may have not updated that information with Dakshafashions.com at the time of the order In the event that product is sold out after the customer has already made a payment, Dakshafashions.com will call the customer and suggest an alternate product.  In case the customer chooses to buy a new product, Daksha fashions will go ahead and confirm the same based on the customer’s email confirmation.  In such a scenario, if the price of the new product is higher than the previous one, then the customer will have to pay the differential amount.  If the price of the new product is lower than the one ordered by the customer, then Daksha fashions shall refund the excess amount collected.  The refund would be made through the same payment mode in which the customer made the payment.  However, in the case of a wire transfer from an international account, Daksha fashions will not be in a position to make a refund.  In such cases the customer has to take the balance in the form of store credit. 

Pricing

All products that are sold in Daksha Fashions are handcrafted and the prices are fixed by the weavers / artisans / designers. The price of handcrafted products vary from product to product based on input costs, weaver / artisan wages, intricacy & skill required to create the product.  The demand and supply of products also determine their price.  Daksha Fashions makes no guarantee that the prices are lower than what is available on the market and cannot be held liable on this account, It is possible that the pricing data in the website is displayed inaccurately due to system / human errors.   Dakshafashions.com reserves the right to correct any and all errors as and when they occur.  In such cases Daksha Fashoions is not required to esteem the inaccurate and erroneous prices.  The prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on the website are also non-negotiable
